You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number (found in your order confirmation email or invoice).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide:

The return address
Clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

All returns must be shipped to our fulfilment centre in Asia.

A $12 USD administration fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, and with tags if applicable).

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:

Request a return for the original item
Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

Refunds

Once your return is received at our warehouse:

Processing takes 2–4 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Refunds typically appear on your bank or credit card within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

Because our fulfilment system processes orders quickly, we cannot cancel or modify an order once this 24-hour window has passed.

After this period, customers must wait for delivery and then follow our standard return procedure if they wish to return the item.
